Each year, Georgia Virtual School recognizes one teacher who has excelled in his or her commitment and contribution to our students, school, and online education. Students, parents, facilitators, teachers and staff have nominated their GaVS Teacher of the Year for the 2010-2011 school year. Nominations are now closed.

The GaVS Teacher of the Year will be announced at the Summer 2011 Professional Learning Symposium.
