Thank you for your interest in the GA Credit Recovery Program.  Only Georgia Public Schools are eligible to participate.  For participation guidelines, training information, and requirements, please review the information on this page.

 Basic Guidelines for School Participation
  • Schools will be responsible for identifying eligible students and approving them.  Students may not apply themselves.
  • Students must have an account in the GA Credit Recovery registration system to be eligible for participation.  This account can be created by clicking the blue "create an account" button on the main Credit Recovery page.
  • Schools will be responsible for identifying a local school Credit Recovery monitor. This person can be an existing GAVS facilitator or someone completely new.
  • Schools can have more than one Credit Recovery monitor.
  • To be eligible to participate, the monitor should view our online training modules prior to using the course materials.

 How to enroll students

Any approved Credit Recovery monitor can enroll students in the Credit Recovery program using the following steps.

  1. Make sure that the student has registered with GA Credit Recovery.
  2. After logging in as a monitor, click the Enroll Student in Credit Recovery Course link.
  3. Click the Find button after last name to list all students associated with your school.
  4. Click on the radio button next to the student you wish to enroll in Credit Recovery. Press the Select Student button below the list. Students must be enrolled one at a time for the course.
  5. A list of all available CR courses will appear. Select the course then click Apply

You can view currently enrolled Credit Recovery students by using the View Students Enrolled in a Credit Recovery Course on the menu that appears after logging in.

It will take 24-48 hours after you enroll a student in a Credit Recovery course before they will have access to their course in D2L.
